All my accounts updated properly yesterday. Today I receive “Needs Your Attention” for ALL accounts. The error is
“CC-800 | 2 accounts

It appears one or more account(s) at … have been deleted. This could happen if you have restored from a backup file. You must add the account(s) to Quicken again. Select Fix it to resolve this error. For more information see the FAQ.”

Exact same error for all accounts. I was unable to add them again as suggested on the “fix it”.

I tried a reset on each account (as suggested) and that fixed most of the accounts. Unfortunately I was not able to reset 4 of the Chase accounts because my old PC is not at a version that Chase requires for website access. So I was unable to re-authorize downloads. This has never been a problem since the access was setup in the past. I have no idea what the failure in Quicken was that required me to do all these resets.

Even though some of the accounts were reset and update working under Windows, when I sync to the cloud and access via IOS app the account errors reappear.

What internet browser do you use?

I have a similar problem with Chase and always need to switch from Edge to the Firefox browser to be able to logon to Chase.

If I need to logon to Chase from within Quicken, I need to first define Firefox as the default browser, to make the Quicken authorization procedure succeed.
Do the same and, when done, redefine your regular browser as the default browser.

Thank you so much for Firefox tip. That allowed me to re-authorize my Chase accounts.

Now I need to find out why the accounts I reset yesterday are getting the CC-800 errors again. At least I know (with the excellent help from you) I can authorize Chase accounts. 👏

Are you still having CC-800 problems with your banks except Chase?
For me, the problem went away after running Fix It once for each bank … so far, so good …

Yes - all my bank updates failed again yesterday after working properly for a couple of days after doing “Add Account” as suggested by support to Fix the errors. This annoying cycle of correcting the errors, working for a day or two and than failing again is quite annoying.

Support asked for screenshots which I sent them. Going to wait to correct these latest errors.
