Error CC-885

Using Quicken Classic Starter v 8.2.0 for Mac 12.6.3. Tried to upload a QFX file today. Get the following error message. Please note: I am NOT trying to use WebConnect nor trying to import directly from my financial institution because it is not listed on Quicken.
I've been using this method for years & years: Download an XLSX document from my bank, edit it to take out irrelevant transactions, save, save as CSV, import the CSV into a CSV>QFX converter, import the QFX into Quicken.
Can anyone help please? Thanks.

    It sounds like the problem is with the third-party CSV-to-QFX converter you are using. My understanding is that these converters create the QFX file by spoofing the financial institution ID code (INTU.BID) of a supported financial institution. In your case, maybe the converter is using an INTU.BID code for a financial institution which is no longer supported in Quicken. Can you contact the vendor of your converter about this? It's not something Quicken can help you with, because they don't support the use of third-party converters.
