Quicken unresponsive to customer complaints
There has been and continues to be a problem with Quicken for Windows not fully syncing all transactions that are for future transactions. I noticed that some future transactions have the dates of those future transactions altered, thereby creating duplicates within the registers. This problem has been in existence since the year 2020. After speaking with a Quicken representative about the issue, they indicated that I should bypass syncing and create my backup file. Unfortunately, when I needed to restore from my backup, Quicken did not allow this to be completed, and I lost years of data and ended up starting all over again. Since starting again, I see that the sync problem continues to be a problem. I think it is time to find another solution other than Quicken to track my financial data.

Quicken can't track what the FIs don't send. This is an FI problem, not a Q problem.
