Citizen's Bank One Step Download

Windows Subscription, Classic Starter, V R62.16

One Step was working fine until 6 about weeks ago. Communication between Quicken and Citizen's Bank works as expected…no error messages. However, no transactions are actually received so the register is not updated.

I contacted the bank and they state it's not their issue.

Thoughts?

    are they an Express Web Connect + account? I'm pretty sure all EWC+ accounts are having this issue. All of mine have gaps for about 8 days with nothing downloading or clearing and then things beginning yesterday cleared.

    Yes - EWC.

    I fixed the issue by doing a reset of the account - that worked!
