How do I get Budget to use Fiscal year rather than Calendar year?

How do I create a fiscal year budget? I changed calendar preferences to fiscal year starting in June. Now I am trying to create the 2026 Fiscal year budget, but under Planning the budget still comes up as calendar year, January to December. There are no options that I can find to change that budget planning to be from June - July.

    This can only be set when you create a new budget.

    Expand the "Advanced Budget Settings" while creating a new budget from the Budget Actions button.
