Connecting to Bankers Trust DM Web Connect

For the past couple of weeks, I have been trying to add an account from Bankers Trust Web Connect. When doing so, I am getting a CC-501 error code. I have other accounts connected to this bank and have not had any issues with them updating, but cant add new accounts. (and yes, I am using the correct user ID and password)

@JMoe have you tried deactivating all your accounts with Bankers Trust and then reactivating them?
- Deactivate all accounts with Bankers Trust
- Blank out Financial Institution Name and Account Number on the General tab
- Reactivate the accounts by using "Add Account" and linking to the existing accounts on Quicken.
