Investing dashboard shows double value

Quicken Classic Deluxe - R63.19

Build - 27.1.63.19

Please see attached pic. The value on the left table is double the value of the Portfolio by Security. This has been going on for a long time (more than 1yr now) and I have read almost every post here and tried to fix. This view is completely worthless at this time. btw it is only on this one account. All others are correct. Please don't respond with hidden txns or "add instead of buy" - those don't exist. Also I have run the "rebuild lots" a couple of times. Nothing has worked. All my accounts are held with Fidelity.

    Are you using Simple investment mode in the problem accounts?

    Is an account like a 401K or 403b?

    For some financial institutions with this combination, it is reporting the cash value as the same as the securities value when it should be zero.
