Axos Bank downloading duplicate transactions

Recently, downloads from Axos Bank through One Step Update have started downloading the same transaction twice. One will have begin with Debit or Credit. I think that one should be filtered out. See examples attached.

    Are these dupes downloading at the same time, or on different downloads?

    Axos Bank has several names in Q, which are you using?

    And what download method (Direct Connect, Web Connect, etc.)?

    You can find this info at TOOLS, Account List and looking in the "Financial Institution" and "Transaction Download" columns. If a column isn't visible, it can be added via the Options button at the bottom of the dialog.

    If on different downloads, have you changed download methods before this began, say from Direct Connect to Web Connect?

    Thanks for your reply. "Axos Bank DC" using Direct Connect. The duplicate transactions download at the same time. To be more precise, I think the ones beginning "Debit" and "Credit" may download when they're pending with the final transaction / duplicate coming the next day. If a few days have passed since I downloaded, they will download at the same time.

    I haven't changed download methods or connection type.

    I'm betting the bank changed something to cause this on their side but Quicken needs to filter out the duplicates.
