OL-297-A Bank Fund Federal Credit Union

I am receiving error message OL-297-A when I try to download from the Bank Fund Federal Credit Union. Other financial institutions are downloading fine.

I have followed the steps suggested, but all the settings are correct - and anyway, it all worked until a few days ago.

Any suggestions for fixing this?
