Online Backup says it will renew on June 9, 2025, but still hasn't. I can't access my backups.

I recently bought a renewal code for Quicken Classic and activated it on June 9, 2025. That subscription says it expires June 9, 2026, but it is now July 10, and my online backup subscription still says that it will renew June 9, 2025.

When I cancel the online backup and try to sign up again, it says:

"Cannot purchase Add on again"
"You already have this add-on."
"Error code STACK011"

    I'm confused about your description of your renewal. Did you purchase from Quicken directly (e.g. on the Quicken.com website)? I'm thinking not, because you mentioned a renewal code, which I'm thinking means you purchased a retail package (physical box or download). A renewal of your Quicken Classic subscription covers the program, but not the Online Backup subscription, which is separate. Do you have an active credit card set up for payment on Quicken.com for your Online Backup subscription?

    My payment method is Paypal, but I don't think that's the issue. It's not even trying to reset the subscription, so it never asks for payment.
