CvrSht transaction Not Working

In April I did a ShtSell (Call). In June the CALL was purchased back but everytime I try to record with CvrSht, it says I do not have a ShtSell and it changes it to a Buy. The "Holdings" show the CALLs. I do these transactions every month and I now have 2 that will not allow the CvrSht.

What could I be doing wrong? I even deleted the original transaction for the ShtSell and it still does not work.

    Can you please show us those 2 ShtSell transactions? Graphics format (e.g., JPG or GIF) preferred to PDF.
