Tax planner - Payroll selection for Scheduled Transaction is Greyed out.

Tax Planner - Payroll selection for Scheduled Transaction is Greyed out. Defaulting to Estimated based on YTD. This has been working correctly since beginning of year. No changes have been made to scheduled payroll transactions. Also effects Spouses scheduled payroll transactions. Problem appears to have started with last update to R63.21 build 27.1.63.21

Note: Payroll Tax Withholdings DO allow selection of Use Scheduled Transactions
