Where is the Quicken Team Response on Fidelity?!

See lots of activity about the Fidelity transition? I recall the Schwab transition was a nightmare. What is Quicken doing to make this less painful?!

A guidance document would be helpful. Should address NetBenefits (401K), Brokerages and Credit Cards with Fidelity!

    So far, all we have is this Alert and a request that anyone who is having problems use the Help > Report a Problem link to send a report with a sanitized data file and their logs.

    I think the Alert should say this:

    Fidelity began a conversion of the online connection method for transaction downloads from Direct Connect (DC) to Express Web Connect Plus (EWC+) on July 29. The conversion is currently scheduled to be complete on August 20.

    During the migration, you may see the Financial Institution name for your Fidelity accounts changed to "zzz-Fidelity Investments - DC" or something similar. Fidelity customers will also see a message like the following at the start of each One Step Update or Update Now operation for Fidelity accounts:

    At that time, you can change to the new connection method by clicking on Reauthorize, or you can click on "Remind me next time" to make the change later. To continue downloading transactions from Fidelity, you must change to the new connection method by August 20, unless the deadline is extended.

    If you experience problems with this conversion, we request that you please navigate to Help > Report a problem within your Quicken program and submit a problem report with log files and screenshots attached in order to contribute to the investigation.

    It would also aid the investigation to include a sanitized file when submitting the problem report. A sanitized file is a data file that removes personally identifiable information so you can comfortably share this file with the Quicken team.

    While you will not receive a response through this submission, these reports will help our teams in further investigating the issue. The more problem reports we receive, the better.
