Does RBFCU (Randolf Brooks Field) Download work?

I need to change credit unions. Can anyone verify RBFCU WebConnect or DirectConnect is currently working? I don't want to open an account only to have to immediately close it which has happened in the past when the CU's tech support tells me they support quicken but they don't. They evidently think downloading CSV files is the same. NOT! Thanks.

@ricochet82 it looks like RBFCU supports WC or EWC (Express Web Connect) with Quicken, but I cannot confirm that the connections are actually working. RBFCU does not support DC with Quicken.

Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.
