Suggestion for Strategic Collaboration with Google
Dear Quicken Team,
As a loyal user for over 30 years, I’ve built a deep archive of financial data and developed a strong trust in your platform’s reliability and depth. With the rise of AI-powered productivity tools like Google’s Duet AI, I see both opportunity and risk on the horizon.
Rather than viewing Google’s potential entry into personal finance software as a threat, I believe there’s a compelling case for collaboration. Imagine Quicken’s robust financial infrastructure enhanced by Google’s natural language processing, predictive analytics, and smart automation. Together, you could offer users a seamless experience that combines historical continuity with cutting-edge intelligence.
This kind of partnership would preserve the value of long-term data while unlocking new capabilities—like conversational budgeting, AI-assisted forecasting, and smarter categorization—without forcing users to migrate or abandon trusted workflows.
Please consider initiating a dialogue with Google to explore integration opportunities. I believe many longtime users like myself would welcome innovation that builds on Quicken’s legacy rather than replacing it.
Sincerely,
A dedicated Quicken user

My guess would be that this will never happen in quicken Quicken classic. Maybe in their online products there is a chance.
Note I also don't believe the Google is going to come out with any kind of desktop app, so in that area it's really not a threat.
