Quicken Mutual Fund Shares Divided by 100!
Hi Team,
Out of nowhere, Quicken divided the Schwab mutual fund shares by 100. Quicken required me to resolve them with a placeholder that restored the full number of shares. Has this happened to anybody else? Really strange.

Hi NotACPA,
SNXFX was one of several. I don't see anything that would reduce shared by a factor of 100 in Q. Q said I had downloaded a balance of X shares from Schwab and it presented exactly x/100 as my holdings. Darn strange.

Based upon fund pricing for SNXFX, it appears that the fund did a 10 for 1 split sometime in July, which would explain at least part of the difference.
Could you have recorded that split twice?

Wow! That is news to me!!! I guess I didn't get the email! I don't usually miss the obvious!
You win the Q gold star support award. I will go back and adjust the shares for 10 for 1.
Thank you!

Well, it appears that the Q/S link is misbehaving again. One of the stock splits for SNXFX did not download. I see it on the Schwab webpage as a split. This is not rocket science. There are protocols for financial transactions. It is puzzling that it is failing, again! This happened a few years ago when Schwab switched servers and account numbers aliases. Ugh…..
