I’m not able to download Schwab and other accounts.

I’ve been resetting accounts one by one and wondering why I put up with this.

It was bad before Quicken went to an annual subscription model and now it’s frustrating to continue to PAY for the privilege of trouble shooting this service. And there never seems to be an easy or consistent way to get support.

There seems to have been no progress on this problem. I'll call support and report back.

Schwab One and Roth IRA's accounts started downloading June transactions after I did the usual reset, add account, login Schwab, give Schwab access authorization, link existing acct and download transactions.

The Schwab IRA's still not downloading though, have to manually enter. Crazy, wish Quicken would give more information/alerts on what is happening.

Same here. Have to constantly deactivate/reactivate since May.

I use Quicken Classic Deluxe, Version R63.21, Build 27.1.63.21 on Windows 10 Pro, 22H2 19045.6159
'About Quicken' calls my OS "Windows 10 Enterprise", subscription valid for 125 days from today.
I have 7 Schwab accounts (EWC+) in one Quicken file: banking, investment, retirement

Since 1/18/24 I had several times when transactions failed to download.
    I make a backup. I try File/Validate. I try “Super Validate”, e.g. File/Validate with Ctrl-Shift.
I sync to the cloud, reset the cloud data, then disable cloud sync.
None of those steps fix the problem.

    Most recently this has happened
    6/??/25 failed, I fixed it.
    7/10/25 failed, I fixed it.
    Note transaction download worked 7/16/25.
    8/01/25 failed, I fixed it.
It is highly annoying that I must apply a monthly fix.

To fix it, each time I have to use Quicken Kristina's steps from 3/08/2025 within this thread

"There was an alert for this issue, but it was marked resolved in February of this year. To start troubleshooting, please follow these instructions from that alert:

Our teams have discovered that users are experiencing cases of missing transactions with their Charles Schwab (EWC+) accounts. Please follow the instructions below and first save a backup.

    1. Deactivate all the accounts associated with Charles Schwab.
    2. Navigate to Charles Schwab's website, (www.schwab.com), look for third-party apps, and unlink Quicken.
    3. After the accounts are unlinked, return to Quicken, and attempt to Add the Charles Schwab accounts by using the "+" button.

If the issue persists, reset the cloud:

    1. Click on "Edit"
    2. Select "Preferences"
    3. Go to the "Mobile & Web" tab
    4. Click on "Reset Cloud"

Note - If you do not see an option to reset the cloud, that means you have Sync turned off. To reset the cloud, you would need to turn Sync on, click OK, then navigate back to Edit>Preferences>Mobile & Web to click the Reset your cloud data link. Once the cloud reset finishes, you can turn Sync off again."

So far, the above steps continue to fix it.

This has been going on for 6 months now with no resolution. Per Schwab this is a Quicken issue. In any case, does anyone expect this to be resolved anytime soon?

All suggestions above have been tried.

And indeed it continues. Will contact the Schwab Quicken tech center Monday. Then back to Quicken, then back to Schwab.

July 2025 through today, I see price quotes for all funds in Holdings. However, prior to July 1, several funds have blank values, which cannot be manually added. Nor can they be manually added via the Security Listing. When I try to click "New" and add a closing price and date, it will not save, no matter how many times I have tried. Downloading historical prices does not update any of the missing values either. Is there a special CTRL+key to unlock those fields, so I can at least get month end values for the past year or two until downloading historical pricing starts working again?

In Holdings, there is a little timer icon in each of the blank fields that shows "Last updated: never" While the number of shares is correct for each fund, without a value attached, net worth or total market value reports over time are useless.

Here are funds that are missing prices prior to July 2025:

SWTXX - SCHWAB MUNI MONEY FUND INVESTOR SHARES
    AMGN - AMGEN INC
FKTIX - FRANKLIN FEDERAL TAX FREE CLASS A
FKIQX - FRANKLIN INCOME CL A
SWGXX - SCHWAB GOVT MONEY FUND
DEMIX - DELAWARE EMERGING MARKETS INSTL
BDSIX - BLACKROCK ADVANTAGE SMALL CAP CORE INSTL
COSSX - COLUMBIA OVERSEAS VALUE INST2

These same funds show values July 1 forward, just not prior to July 1, so we know they are identified correctly in the Quicken.

And, yes, like others, too many times, I have gone through the process of deactivating and removing Quicken as a 3rd party at Schwab and adding the accounts back using Add Account and reauthorizing, but those fund prices do not update, nor can I manually update them. Why?
