Principal Funds Showing Double the Amount

Hello,

The Principal Funds synch is now showing the total for the account as well as the individual funds resulting in a doubling of the account value. Is anyone else see this? It's on my cash account and cash like accounts.

Thanks,

Joe

Account value is determined by adding, for each security, the sum of quantity times quote.

    SO, what's wrong?

The wrong quote for one or more securities?
The wrong quantity for one or more securities?
Securities shown at Principal that aren't in Q (or vice-versa)?
Shares "added" to portfolio rather than "bought"?

You need to do a security-by-security "eyeball compare" to resolve this.

I see it too. While connecting the account, it shows proper balance when you are asked to link to existing account or make it a new account, but after you choose, its doubled 50% invested, 50% cash. This is not a detailed connection so you can't remove the cash value.

This is a QWin thread, so any advice posted here won't apply to your QMac.

I'd suggest you re-post in a QMac thread.
