Auto Advancement of Fields (Q Mac)

In the old PC version of Quicken, when you typed the month it would automatically advance to the day field, then when you typed that it would automatically advance to the year field then would automatically advance to the payment type and so on, I would like to see this in the Quicken for Mac version as well.

    Yes. How about also advancing from month to day to year when you hit tab instead of advancing directly to the payee when you hit tab form the month field?

    From the 8.3 release notes:

    • IMPROVED Added a setting at Quicken > Settings > Registers to control how the Tab key behaves in the Date field. When enabled, pressing Tab exits the Date field in one step; when disabled, Tab moves between the month, day, and year before exiting
