Investment account does not match true value

Quicken Classic Premier subscription, Latest version and build, Windows 11 pro.

I have been on quicken for decades, i think since 1.0 :-) I had some life issues so the problem I am having has been there years, update versions.

My IRA account is on figure and quicken,, always doing "Update Now" is off by over 300%.

How can I sync it up so quicken is accurate? Hopefully I don't have to delete and readd and lose decades worth of transactions.

The value of an investment account is the sum of, for each position in the account, of Quantity times quote.

SO, to determine where the issue arises you need to compare, on a security by security basis, the quantity held (in Q) of each position and the quote/value of each share/unit, to the most recent statement from the brokerage firm.

You view positions held, quantity and quote in the Portfolio dialog of Q accessed via CTRL-U. Adjust the date of the Portfolio view so that it matches the ending date of the statement.
