whenever I make a report all the categories automatically open and I only need to get to one. With other applications I can use a key command to close all of them and that makes it easier to get to the one I want. I have tried every key combo and none work. Shift + command or control or option. Anyone got a solution?

I don'r know of a keyboard shortcut that will close all the categories in a report, but I will note that when you save a report it saves the open/closed state of each category. So once you get a report looking exactly the way you want you can save it & keep it looking that way.

Also, if you click on the View button there are options for Expand All and Collapse All.

If you repeatedly want a report with just one category, it might be easiest to create a custom report and set the Categories to just include the one (or few ) that you need; then when you open this report in the future, it will show exactly what you want.
