City of Tampa Utilities, Tampa Electric and Sunpass

After the 9/4 update, City of Tampa Utilities, Tampa Electric and Sunpass requested me to RECONNECT. However, after trying to reconnect, the accounts listed above are no longer supported within Quicken?
