Fidelity not updating

I am still experiencing quicken not updating my fidelity holdings. transactions and balances.

I'm running windows.

Some accounts are Simple due to number of trades and some are web connect.

None are updated. This all started (or ended, depending) around the end of July.

Is this problem still going on or is it my problem
