After 9-11 update get "Unable to write to drive C:" error on Backup

Quicken Windows 2017 Member ✭✭
Everything worked fine before. Drive C is fully accessible otherwise. Anybody else having this problem? (I know it's early.)

Now it's working. Needed a re-login. Sorry. Never needed on prior updates.
