Recover historical 401k data

The funds holding in my 401k became corrupted so I deleted the old the old account and started a new one with one-step download. But with the new download, no historical balances were included. Without the balances of this 401k included, all of the account summations from day one are off because this account is not there to be included. Is there anyway to recover that historical data for this 401k?

Do you have a recent backup, created prior to the data corruption, that you can use?

Most financial institutions (NOT Q, the FIs) limit downloads initiated from within Q to 90 days.

The other option might be if the FI allows "Web connect" downloads, initiated from their site, and lets you pick longer/older periods. If so, let us know and we can advise on how to use such.
