USAA Credit Card EBill - NOT WORKING

Hello,

When I add USAA Credit Cards as a E-Bill I only obtain the statement balance. Unfortunately, the "balance due" (Monthly number below) is not updated - always shows a Zero balance.

Two Questions:

  1. Does Quicken plan to fix this error?
  2. If #1 is yes above then when does this plan to be fixed?

    Q's prior online bill provider got out of that business … so Q had to find a new provider.

    The provider they chose doesn't currently offer as many, or the same, list of billers as the old provider … but they're adding billers all the time.

    SO, sorry, but you'll just have to wait it out and see if your billers get added later.

    Thank you for this update.

    Not having this functionality for USAA is unfortunate. I would like to see Quicken do a better job of communicating to the paying customers if this will be fixed and when. My only option appears to wait for an update and then try to add USAA as an E-Bill. Poor customer service in my opinion.
