why has the memo field been deleted from the Memorized payees list?

I can't find any way to add the memo information to the Memorized payees list. I also wish there was an option to not save the memo information when saving a payee. For example, Amazon is a often used payee but every entry has a different memo saying what was bought.. I end up with a bunch of saved entries with never to be used again memos!

    Memo may not be on the MP list when it is displayed (Ctrl-T), you can enter a Memo when creating or editing an MP: (screenshot from R64.25)
