Stock quote downloads not working, causing program to freeze

Over the past couple of days I have been unable to One-Step update one of my Quicken files (I have two, one for my accounts and one for my spouse's accounts) without the program freezing and requiring manual shutdown. The other file updates no problem. I discovered today that I could download transactions in the wonky file by going into each account and updating separately, but when I try to update stock quotes separately, the program freezes. Any known issues or fixes?
