Adding billers in the new billing system
I haven't been able to add some of my bills that I previously had in my billing. They all [guaranteed] fail.
So far, these two I haven't been able to add: Verizon Wireless, Southern California Gas Co.
Edison is not available yet, but that may be the 3rd fail too [I assume].
Anyone with luck or workaround out there?

The previous vendor of Q's Online Bills function got out of that business, so Q had to find another provider.
The new provider doesn't, yet, support all the same vendors as the prior provider … but they're working on it.
The only thing to do at this time is to wait and periodically test to see if a biller that you use has been added.

Sure, I'll wait for the new ones to add. But the ones that are already there just keep failing to add, and there are no steps available for fixing the issue. Just a message that it was rejected by the biller and that's it.

None of the available billers set up asks for login information, so I'm wondering how Fiserv gets authorized to access the accounts

Please consider this alternative for the time being

I have to agree. I haven't been able to add any of the online billers that are showing under the new service. Frontier Communications, Verizon Wireless, and SoCalGas all fail, even after verifying the information multiple times. So far, this new service is unusable.

Totally unusable for me.
