How do I reconnect to Fidelity NetBenefits?

I added some Fidelity accounts and mistakenly disconnected from my zzz-Fidelity NetBenefits connection and am not able to reconnect. I added some Fidelity accounts and tried to add my NetBenefits accounts, but that didn't work. Now I can't reconnect with NetBenefits. HELP, please!

    Hello @dewidavid,

    Thanks for your question!

Fidelity has recently changed its connection method in Quicken, and as a result, you'll now need to connect using "Fidelity Investments" instance, instead of the previous NetBenefits option.

Before making any changes to your file, I always like to suggest people Save a Backup. Here are steps on how to do that if needed.

Here is the Community Alert in regard to the change with Fidelity, if you want to follow it for any updates. Bookmarking the alert will allow you to receive notifications when it is updated.

    Thank you!

Thanks for the reply, but Fidelity Investments does not give me a breakdown of my individual bought and sold funds — only lump sums. Is there no way to reconnect to the zzz-NetBenefits?

    Hello again @dewidavid,

    Thanks for your question.

Unfortunately, there is no way to reconnect to the zzz-Fidelity instance. The “zzz” in front of the name indicates that the connection method is no longer in use. In this case, it's due to the Fidelity migration that’s currently underway.

If you'd like to stay connected to your accounts, you'll need to switch to the new Fidelity instance. You mentioned not having complete investing with the new instance, and that is a Known Issue. If you would like, you can bookmark that Community Alert to stay up to date on any changes and updates to that situation.

I apologize for the inconvenience — I know transitions like this can be frustrating. Please know that Quicken and Fidelity are actively working together to ensure the new connection method will fully support everyone's needs as this process continues.

Let me know if you have any questions about switching over — I’m happy to help.
