Missing Capital One Transactions in Quicken OneStep Update

FYI - Just FYI, I had to re-authorize my Capital One accounts. I just realized that I had a credit card transaction that didn’t download. This is a seldom used Credit Card. There was no indication of any issue, so I just performed a RESET of the account within Quicken. After doing so the transaction came down to Quicken.
