Quicken doesn't download anything from Fidelity.

Hello,

I have a Buy transaction from yesterday in my Fidelity after tax brokerage account.

I see that transaction via Fidelity UI, but Quicken doesn't download anything.

I tried today a few times and even after official market close time, nothing were downloaded.

I did refresh account connection and re auth Fidelity accounts, but nothing were downloaded anyway. I don't see any errors. I'd like to see my transactions within a day.

How to fix this?

Best Regards

What did you buy? Stock, or a Mutual fund? What time of day did you place the order?

If a Stock buy, it hasn't settled yet … it's still an order, and order's don't download.

If a mutual fund & you placed the order after the market close at 4pm ET, then it won't be executed until today.

it was MM Fund, that already was settled yesterday.
Yes, on Fidelity UI / side I see:
    1. Order was executed
    2. Cash was reduced
    3. MM Fund Balance was updated
    4. new transaction in the Activity and Orders - Settlement date Sep-24-2025

That transaction was avail yesterday at market open time, a day later after market close Quicken didn't download it or anything.

Yes, I got those transactions before just fine, but something just stopped working for Fidelity, while Quicken downloads new Transactions from Schwab within 24H.

Yes, thank you for pointing out for the settlement time, so I asked for 24H+ old transaction.

I used to get all yesterday before market close orders to be downloaded the next morning time.

    Thanks for helping me.

    HMMM, grasping at straws here.

Please do TOOLS, Account List. What does it say in the "Transactions Download", "Last Download" and "Financial Institution" columns?

I have the same problem since end of July. No new transactions from Fidelity were downloaded. I have also deactivated and reactivated multiple times to no avail.

I believe this was reported multiple times. Recently, I sort of remember someone mentioned that the problem was resolved. Can Quicken confirm that this is still an ongoing issue they are working on.

Downloads from Fidelity have not been working since 9/12 - or working inconsistently/randomly for some accounts and not others. Nothing I have done has worked. Citi Card downloads don't work as well. I think the last update messed everything up.
