Unable to download bank transactions
Unable to download bank transactions. this has been going on now for 2 years. It simply sits on the One step update. In about 6 hours I come back and no transactions are downloaded. Using Windows 10. I sent the logs but I have never heard back from anyone.

You won't either. Unless you have had explicit instructions by support or a moderator, the reports feed the support system to tell them where users are having problems, they do NOT trigger any action to contact the submitter.
If you want help with your download issue, try telling us which financial institution so that it has a known problem you can be advised. Someone may be able to help. The other option is to contact Quicken support at this link: Quicken Support
