More Fidelity issues

I made the switch to EWC+ last week and was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have many issues besides some cash adjustments I had to delete. I ran a OSU as recently as this morning (September 30) and still working great. I just ran a OSU the evening of September 30 and got 200-some downloads and my balances are all messed up.

Has anyone else had anything out of the ordinary happen between September 30 AM and PM?

    While I can't confirm whether or not others had seen issues yesterday, I am happy to help you try to sort out whatever issues you are seeing.

    Since this just happened, the easiest solution might be to restore a backup. Otherwise, let me know exactly what you're seeing and I’ll do my best to assist.

    Hello - I kept restoring from a backup and kept getting all the new transactions every time I ran a OSU with the newly restored backup.

    I ended up figuring it out myself by switching all 9 of my fidelity accounts to not automatically accept downloaded transactions. I then went one-by-one for all 201 transactions across all those accounts and deleted them (sure would be nice to delete multiples at once!). Lastly I changed all of them back to accepting transactions and I'm back in business.

    All of these transactions were from the past 90 days and I knew that was a possibility after updating the connection. I'm still confused as to why those duplicate transactions showed up on 9/30 instead of when I updated my connection to EWC+ on 9/23. I had run dozens of OSU's between 9/23 and 9/30.

    I wonder if the issue will happen again at the end of October?

    I agree, it is curious that the duplicates started on the 30th rather than the 23rd. At any rate, I'm glad it's now sorted out. If you need more help, let us know!

    I sure hope not! Duplicates can be expected after the initial switch, but should not keep happening. If they do, it's definitely something we would need ot take a closer look at.
