Quicken - Get your act together over Fidelity [Edited - Language]
I am beyond upset and have gotten to the point of feel like it is self abuse to keep paying for a product with so many problems and such unreal delays with a resolution. I, like many, got messed up with the connection change to Fidelity and have had to suffer along side everyone else only to find it is still not resolved. In technology there is a concept called change management I think Quicken needs to learn about this, and it is grossly unfair to make paying customers the beta test for your mistakes.
I was finally able to get download recently only to find them useless, reinvested dividends are showing as deposits, fund names are not even matching. In disgust, I have turned off syncing for Fidelity and am just doing it manually so I know it is right.
Thank you for letting me vent

This mess-up is Fidelity's doing, not Q's. Get your facts straight.
