Fidelity Cash Mgmt acct shows ZERO balance in Quicken
My balance is off by the exact amount of my actual account balance, as verified on Fidelity's site. New transactions show correctly. My previous reconciliation on 9/7/25 was correct. I know there are issues with Fidelity, and see instructions for Windows users on how to change what shows up, but don't see it for Mac users. The reconciliation screen also shows a few "Add Shares" placeholder transactions, but clicking "Clear" on them doesn't change the balance. I'm not fond of providing a screenshot of my personal finances and wish you had a more confidential way of dealing with this.

Based on what I could gather from your screenshot, it appears that the placeholders need to be resolved. You will need to edit each of those with the missing information.
