Moving to new computer, how do I get Quicken loaded

I have Quicken Classic Deluxe and as my computer is 9 years old and runs 7 X 24 and the fact it won't run Windows 11 I am looking at new computer.

Can someone tell me how I go about moving to new computer? I go to help and don't see a product key, just see I have another 152 days. I thought I would download a copy and it would want a product key. Can someone point me to a place that shows me how to do this? I don't do any online functions in Quicken, but do show I have a password I log in and all it shows is what is below and nothing about downloading or a product key. I don't want to do this sync, I could get by with Quicken DOS, but I messed up and updated and now I just buy a yearly license, but I can live with that, just need a copy on new computer when it arrives. Below is what shows up when I login that I don't want to do:

Hello.

It looks like you have not synced your accounts yet

Your subscription is tied to your Quicken Id, you don’t reactivate the subscription for each computer. You just need to copy you data file to the other machine, install Quicken and open your data file. It will ask you to log into your Quicken Id and that is it.

Thank you that seems easy enough, I assume it will only ask the first time after I load for Quicken ID and Password?

I noticed when I was logged in earlier under profile it had a whole list of Quicken Files names I used over the years that said they were sync, I never did a sync or want a sync. It had a check mark by one that was 15 years old, I know as it ended with a 10 and I rename my file each year with the last 2 year digits. It had some names back to 1996 and 2003. Had my current file, but with a BKP suffix which I assume is backup. The thing is I never use online functions or have I ever backed up online. I do nothing online. Not sure what all those profile names mean, is that my data? Can I get rid of them? Thanks, sorry for being so much of a pain!

Yes it should only ask the first time.

Every Desktop data file will have an associated Quicken Cloud dataset no matter if you do anything online or not.

How much is stored in it depends upon what online services you use. But there is the minimum which I guess is the Quicken Id kind of information.

To remove old Quicken Cloud datasets it has to be done from a different Quicken Desktop data file that also has to have Sync to Mobile on. You would create a new basically empty data file and the go Edit→ Preferences→ Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts → Cloud accounts associated with this Quicken ID (x). This will bring up a dialog where you can delete cloud accounts.
