Is anyone else having issues updating accounts?

My accounts aren't updating regardless if I use One Step or if I update individually. I'm also not seeing any errors. The update window just disappears after a few seconds.

    Yes, I had to change my connection method from Direct Connect to Express Web Connect. Downloads now working.

    Don't know what changed but I've had flaky results with DC a few times with my FI (First Tech Federal Credit Union). I'll just stick with EWC for now.

    Which banks are you having download problems with? Several of the larger banks have recently made changes. Search the Community by bank name and see if yours are involved and what to do about resolving the problem.

    If you haven't done so already, contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
