cannot even find Morningstar X-Ray

I have opened the Investing Tab, hoping to run the x-ray on my portfolio, but there is no option to select x ray. It does not show up on the initial screen under Investing, nor does it show in Investing Tools or any other drop down. I called Support and spoke to a rep. He took over my screen, but couldn't find it. Then downloaded a Patch. That didn't help.

I would like to see if others are having the same problem and I would like for Quicken to fix the issue.

    What Edition of Quicken are you running?

    The X-Ray is only available for Premier and up subscribers.

    Thank you Jim. I now have a Deluxe subscription. I last ran the xray in December under the same subscription. I guess the terms have changed since then. I spent about a half hour last week on the phone with a Quicken tech, trying to troubleshoot the problem. He knew I had a Deluxe subscription and never mentioned that was the problem in accessing xray. I guess I'll have to upgrade.
