Unable to Activate One Step Update with Citibank Credit Card
I'm trying to activate my Citibank credit card, seems my online connection was deactivated, and I've tried a few suggested fixes, including those suggested for an earlier version of this error that somebody else posted about. My error is a little different.
I go to Setup Online for the account and click through to the Activate One Step Update popup , and click the Sign In button. It opens a web page in my browser, but I get a 400 Bad Request error, with the text "Request Header Or Cookie Too Large nginx", and so I can't log in to Citibank.
I'm at a loss. I've tried different browsers with the same result. Any ideas?

Hello @joevincenzino,
Thank you for sharing your experience, and I am happy to help.
This error occurs when the bank's website is unavailable for downloading transactions to Quicken. This is typically caused by the bank preventing Quicken from accessing their website due to high traffic.
We do have a Support Article on this HTTP 400 error that is worth taking a look at. I can confirm that we currently do not have an alert for this issue. As stated in the article, if the problem continues for more than a few days, contact Quicken Support directly for assistance.
Thank you.Quicken Alyssa
