I have an investment account that I cannot add to Quicken
When I attempt to add an investment account, Quicken will not accept it and I cannot categorize it. Keep getting emails that this needs attention. Perhaps the investment sign in process is so complex (username, account number, password, a two-factor answer to a question) are all required to manually sign in by me. Is there another process to register and categorize this account?

Without you naming the Financial Institution, and type of account, there's almost nothing we, other users, can do to help you.
And it your FI, not Q, that determines the security around the account. Complain to them.
