US Bank not linking with my accounts

Anybody know why you can't access the US Bank to link accounts. It just spins and fails. Help I can't get my transactions to download.

I have 3 USB accounts (2 checking and 1 credit card) and I'm having no problems downloading into them.
SO, when you do TOOLS, Account List … what shows in the "Financial Institution" and "Transaction Download" columns adjacent to your USB accounts?
BTW, I don't know if this is still true (I connected USB several years ago), but it used to be that you needed to contact USB Tech Support and work with them to "authorize" Q downloads.
