When I run one step update it changes my pension amount. It changes my SS deposit to zero. One credit card goes to zero, the other that i use shows an amount from over a month ago. Does it everytime I run the update.

Which financial institution, as known in Q, holds that pension account and what's your download method into the account.

Do TOOLS, Account List for this info.

Same questions re: the credit card account.

Also, at HELP, About Quicken, what shows as your Q product (below the meaningless word "classic") and your Subscription Valid until date?

The credit cards are American Express which will always show up as $0.00 when I run update. Bank America which has an amount from several weeks ago, and SS. which goes back to $0.00. To correct I can go to my original input and click on it an it goes back to where it should be. For the credit cards i need to update this instance and type in the correct ammount. I had this happen once before and then it seemed to correct itself, but now is doing it again.
