Since New Update, I do not get updated bills

Ever since there was a software update, none of my bills have been updating. I have tried to connect, and reconnect…. with no luck. The point of subscribing the Quicken was to have everything in one place, then this update basically canceled the purpose. Am I the only one having these issues? I have contacted support and sent screenshots, and have had no luck or contact since.

    Hello @RJTCHI,

Thank you for sharing your experience, though I apologize that it hasn't been the best.

    After reviewing the ticket from your interaction with support, it looks like the billers you are having issues with are;

    • Comcast Cable Communications
    • Commonwealth Edison
    • Peoples Gas

Is that correct? If so, all three are supported billers and should be working. However, we do currently have a Known Issue for past due and duplicate bills showing after authenticating.

I have sent you a direct message. Please navigate to the inbox in the top right-hand corner of the Community page and check your inbox.

I am having the same issues. My Comcast, Home Depot card, Menards card, GM Financial vehicle loans, and Wells Fargo card are all in limbo saying "awaiting next bill" since the transition to the new billing system, despite the fact that those new bills have come out. I am beyond frustrated and constantly worried I might miss a payment because it's not updated in the system. Defeats the purpose of having my bills in Quicken to keep track of my finances.

Until Quicken and the new service provider they had to migrate to can iron out the wrinkles, I recommend falling back to a known good process that has been around for decades:

    Hello @Swarmbee77,

Thank you for sharing your experience, though I am sorry for the frustration you are experiencing with your bills.

I checked the list of supported billers, and all of the billers you mentioned are supported.

One thing you can try is going to the Bills & Income tab, clicking the gear icon on the right, selecting Review and Repair from the menu options.

Once there, select Review and Repair Online Billers.

If that does not resolve the issue, please contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. They will be able to report the biller issues and escalate if necessary.

    Thank you!

I am having the same issuees. Not one of my billers has gone past awaiting next bill. Repair says they are in sync, yet I have a current Comcast bill and it still says awaiting next bill.

I have a lot of not updating Bills too.

I made non-linked manual reminders that show up so I don't miss the bill.

If it is a connected account Bill (Credit card that is enabled for downloads), You can easily delete and re-add it via the gear icon on Billers tab , select "Bills from Connected Accounts". This also picks up the current Bill.

    Hello @jcwelch,

Thank you for adding to this discussion.

Please contact Quicken Support directly to report the issue with your Comcast biller. This may require an escalation, and they will be able to help you with that.

    Thank you!

Same issue. Citibank and Discover credit cards showing Awaiting Next Bill. Repair shows "In sync". Removing and re-doing those billers doesn't solve the problem. Separately SDGE Electric and SDGE Gas show Pending and never connect…been an issue for a long time.

Please let me know once you have done this so I can add it to the ticket.

    Thank you.

Actually, for me Comcast Cable is the only one of two I have working. It and American Express. 9 others I had are not supported especially Fidelity/Elan. [Removed-Speculation] Sad !

    Hello @ghclark & @Bione,

Thank you both for adding to this discussion.

@ghclark, I added those logs to the ticket.

@Bione, I am sorry to hear that so many of your billers are unsupported, and I hope that changes soon.

    Thanks again!
