Use Quicken for my club finances on a separate file

I am the new treasurer for a club. I'd like to handle its finances on my Quicken, but use a separate file so that I can share data without the chance of disclosing any of my personal financial information.

Is it possible to just create a new file in Quicken to accomplish this?

Yes, you can create as many data files as you like. Open Quicken, go to the File menu and select "New Quicken File".

    - I don't use Cloud Sync, Mobile & Web, Bill Pay/Mgr

@gagafix Most, if not all, of the Superusers have multiple Q data files that they use. There's the "production" file and customarily a "test" file (or maybe several).

Additionally, I'm also a club treasurer and I do exactly as @BK advised.
