I moved your post into its own thread because it seemed like a different issue.
After reviewing your account internally, it appears that your most recent connections to Merrill Lynch Benefits OnLine have been successful. Are you still having this issue?
If so, is this a new account you are trying to add? Was this an existing account that you were trying to disconnect/reconnect? Just trying to get an idea of what happened before you were trying to connect, and how you ended up getting this error. The more details you can provide, the better.
