Currently, for the Income/ Expense Report, in the heading, the months are shown e.g. for Jan as 2025-01-01 2025-01-31. Is there a way show the month in letters i..e January instead of in numbers.

    That's actually a Windows setting, that Q is merely using. There's no way to change it within Q.
