Quicken only importing some transactions from Apple Card statement

My husband and I both have an Apple Card account. There is one monthly Apple Card statement that lists all the transactions that month in two separate lists.. There is a list of my husband's transactions followed by a separate list of my transactions. Quicken only imported the transactions in the first list. How can I get all the transactions imported?

    Thank you for sharing your experience, and I am happy to help.

    Apple uses the Web Connect connection method, which requires you to download a file from them and then import it into Quicken. Given that this file is supplied directly from them, I would try contacting Apple first to see if they can take a look at the file they are providing.

    I would be inclined to think there is some issue with the formatting of the file, most likely due to it being one statement with transactions from two accounts. If you are unsuccessful in getting help from Apple on this, please contact Quicken Support directly, as they may be able to take a closer look at that file for you. They can either tell you what's wrong with it so you can pass that along to Apple, or possibly escalate it for you from our end.

    Thanks. It's one shared account with two users. Apple is able to identify which user made a charge, and so two lists of charges. I've downloaded a PDF and that has both lists of charges. I'll see what Quicken Support says.
