Issues with Downloading Data from Navy Federal Credit Union over last 2 weeks?

Has anyone had issues with downloading data from navy Federal over the last 2 weeks?
I've gone through the process of disabling and reenabling accounts, authorizing and adding the accounts completely again and the system says the accounts can not be found.
I've talked with NFCU tech and they see that my accounts have been authorized and they are seeing no issues on their end.

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
