I reauthorized my Fidelity Account multiple times but not getting the transactions

Running W11. R64.35.

Having the same problem as jetpaul1 on October 22nd on two accounts. Followed all the steps Anja listed. Multiple times. Still will not download the October transactions. Downloaded transactions window blinks multiple times but never see any information being loaded into it.

Was working at September month end for both accounts.

Next steps?

    Thank you for sharing your experience.

    It sounds like you have missing transactions. Please check out this Support Article we have for that issue. Note that not all steps apply to investment accounts.

    If the steps in the article don't resolve your issue, please contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. They will need to take a look at your log files and see if your transactions are being sent over. They can also process an escalation for you if needed.

    Ends up there are issues with HSAs….

    That is correct. It is an ongoing issue. Both Fidelity and Quicken are aware, and we do not have an ETA. The option now is to update these accounts manually.
